In this position, you will not only assist customers with your deep knowledge of fabrics and sewing but also play a pivotal role in shaping our digital content using new technology. Your contributions will extend beyond customer interaction, influencing how our brand communicates and engages with our eco-conscious community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on our range of fabrics, including Zorb, ProSoft PUL, ProSoft FoodSAFE, ProCare, ProECO, and ProCool, to our diverse clientele.
• Utilize customer service experiences to craft compelling, informative content for our website, helping to educate and inspire our customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create informative and engaging content, enhancing our customers' understanding and appreciation of our products.
• Utilize your sewing experience and textile knowledge to address and solve customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Contribute to inventory management and work closely with the production team for stock availability forecasts.
• Support administrative tasks and assist the executive team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior sewing experience or a background in textiles is required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word; knowledge of Airtable is a plus.
• Proven writing skills and experience in content creation; familiarity with customer-centric driven content.
• Customer service experience with a track record of managing high-volume interactions.
