• Develop and maintenance of the following :
• Service Training
• Floor Leadership
• Host Training
• Profitability
• Team Development
• Oversee All Guest Facing Interactions
• Manage day to day operations
• Daily decision making, employee support, guest interaction, scheduling
• Upholding standards, food quality and cleanliness
• Act as liaison between front-line employees and the general manager
• Employee tracking and management
• Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
• Exercise good judgment and decision making in escalating concerns and aggressively resolving issues
• Help curate & impact social media content
• Prepare and lead daily pre-shifts
• Review daily minutes from service and create action plan for improvement
• Responsible for compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes as well as Company safety and security policies
