LoanCraft LLC is Hiring a Sales Development Representative (Hybrid) Near Troy, MI

No Cold Calling!

$18/hr. plus commission

Paid Sales Training and Development

40 hour work week

Hybrid role

Schedule options: 4 - 10 hour days (10:30 am - 9:00 pm) or 5 - 8 hours days (11:30 am - 8:00 pm)

About LoanCraft:

LoanCraft works with financial institution partners to help owners meet their financial and life goals with real estate financing options. If you enjoy helping people and working in a fast paced,

technology driven environment; we need you! As the Inside Sales Specialist you will be responsible for generating new business for our partners by making the initial contact with consumers that have expressed interest in our programs team. There is no cold calling in this position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling: Responsible for making outbound calls to prospective
customers and successfully transfer or schedule calls with a Sales Consultant.
• Frequently contacting “warm leads” to increase customer enthusiasm.
• Lead Generation: Contact potential customers and generate interest by
effectively communicating the benefits and features of the product.
• Execute call scripts for a variety of customer contacts.
• Execute process for lead transfer and documenting of calls.
• Successful lead facilitators will be given the opportunity for promotion to Sales
Consultant positions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Persistent and results oriented.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Sales experience is NOT required. We have successfully coached and trained
proficient telemarketing professionals to be very successful in this role.
• Must have a stable employment history.
• Willingness to learn the “LoanCraft Way”
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Compensation:

This position offers a base hourly pay ($18.00) plus a monthly performance incentive, whichis based on your individual performance. Typical annual compensation is in the range of$40,000 to $45,000/year.
