NIVA Health is the preferred post-acute wound care partner for home health, hospitals, physicians, and families nationwide. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and unparalleled service, and we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Wound care Referral Development Representative to contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly Personal Production Goals and MC admit budgets for assigned locations.

- Execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development, including prospecting/diversification and call frequency/routing.

- Plan activities to maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts.

- Conduct effective sales calls, identifying and meeting the needs of the referral community, and clearly communicating the features and benefits of NIVA Health.

- Collaborate with the Outreach and Sales Director to drive a vision of growth aligned with the needs and expectations of the referral community and patients.

- Perform sales administration duties, including CRM management, expense entry compliance, and adherence to Policies and Procedures.

- Be a good steward of the company's financial resources by managing the Sales and Marketing expense budget.

- Educate the medical community about our organization's services through effective sales calls and in-services.

Qualifications:

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and self-motivation.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.

- Two to three years of successful Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare sales experience required.

-- Valid State Driver's License.

- Must have a personal vehicle with proof of current Auto Liability Insurance.

- Positive rapport with patients and staff.

- Compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

- Participation in quality improvement programs.

Salary Range:

$75,000 - $200,000, including a Base Salary plus a Lucrative Uncapped Commission Structure. (Additional Benefits).
