Due to growth, we are looking to add a full-time permanent inside sales team member to our Orlando business casual office.

This is a great job for someone that is great with people, is dependable, and can work as a part of a small passionate team.

Responsibilities :

• Support franchise owners, by speaking to potential customers and educating them about our services.
• Cold calling as needed. (Up to 300 calls per week)

Schedule :

This position reports to the Inside Sales Supervisor and the hours are Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm, but we do offer a flexible hybrid remote schedule.

Some days might be a bit longer if we are calling on the west coast - but there are no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum preferred experience in any sales environment
• High School Diploma / equivalent required
• Experience with CRM a plus
• Strong customer service, communication, and organization skills.
