Opportunity: Assistant Store Manager – Sales (ASM1)The Assistant Store Manager - Sales (ASM1) at LL Flooring is responsible for the full sales life cycle which includes but is not limited to daily sales, providing sales support to other associates, offering superior customer service, and assisting other associates with warehouse and stockroom responsibilities as needed. The Assistant Store Manager - Sales contributes and supports towards achieving and exceeding the sales and profit goals by: Assisting customers with making the best selection for their flooring projectsDelivering on overall customer satisfactionProviding store management, associate supervision, and daily store operations of the store in the absence of the Store ManagerCoaching and mentoring other associates to achieve personal sales goals Assisting with the upkeep of the flooring warehouseProactive selling including outbound sales calls to customers and pros.
