Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resturaunt The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining a positive work environment. This is a key leadership role within our organization.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales target growth
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in resturaunt management, preferably in fast food atmosphere
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
