```Duties:```
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Train and develop sales associates to ensure high-quality service and product knowledge
- Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Collaborate with the manager to implement effective sales strategies and meet sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions and perform opening/closing duties as needed

```Requirements:```
- Prefers to have experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably as an assistant manager or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and experience with stock management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Proficiency in training development and implementation
- Basic computer skills for point-of-sale transactions and record keeping
