Live! Hospitality & Entertainment is opening a Fine Dining Restaurant in Roland Park, summer 2024. Headed by Renowned Chef Nick Sharpe, we are looking for a qualified Pasta Chefs to work alongside the team in creating this very special fine dining restaurant.

Job Summary:
We are seeking some skilled Pasta Chefs to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of delicious dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook menu items in compliance with set recipes and quality standards
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor food stock and place orders when needed

Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in restaurant management or culinary field
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and kitchen management
- Familiarity with food production and dietary department practices
- Excellent food management skills
