Lions + Tigers is Hiring a Project Manager Near Seattle, WA

The successful Project Manager is a doer with the skills and tools to prove it. You can whip up a project plan or Gantt chart in the blink of an eye. Time management is your specialty and deliverables happen as scheduled and on budget. When things change you bob and weave and still meet stakeholder expectations with no problem. And, you’re a team player who likes to work remotely but also enjoys being part of a community.  

 Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create project work plans and revise as needed to meet changing requirements.
  • Manage client and internal projects and workstreams, and the team's rhythm of business including meetings, communication tools (email, Teams, etc.), status updates, etc. 
  • Ensure that client expectations are clearly understood and communicated; and that teams (and clients) are setup to deliver on client expectations.
  • Develop toolsets for individual client needs to ensure that communications, meeting cadences and workstream progress is easily shared and understood for large groups of stakeholders.
  • Prepare compelling deliverables for clients, owning and delivering the finished product.
  • Support strong relationships with clients, other stakeholders and colleagues by working in a collaborative, human-centered and service-oriented way.
  • In support of client success, identify areas of opportunity for Lions Tigers to provide iterative or incremental support.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Multiple years in project management, program management, management consulting and/or industry practitioner experience in one or more of the following areas: digital marketing, marketing strategy, marketing technology, sales support, sales enablement, business operations and administration.
  • Superior communication and client-facing skills; able to engage with multiple-stakeholder teams.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with others in high-pressure situations and to manage productively through conflict.
  • Experience working with subject matter experts with deep content knowledge.
  • Motivated, self-starting, comfortable with high rates of change — and with a natural desire to accept challenges and diverse assignments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, Microsoft Project is preferred.
  • Able to work effectively remotely (and across time zones, when necessary).
