LION is filling this key member of their Human Resources Leadership Team in Dayton. The focus of the position will be to serve as the lead HR Business Partner to build, optimize, and execute on HR Generalist duties such talent acquisition, human capital planning, employee relations, performance management and employee retention/engagement in key corporate functional area such as Finance, IT, PMO, and R&D. This person will also have oversight of our corporate office location and ensure quality service from the mailroom/receptionist team member.
In addition, this position will be heavily focused on projects around employee engagement/culture, employee branding and key leadership development and oversee HR policy development and compliance reporting through our third-party vendor. This person will work collaboratively with the HR Shared Services team, key functional leaders, and leadership team members.
This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and work closely with the balance of the global HR team. Because this role supports the corporate office functions and programs, this position must be in the office 3-4 days a week based on business demands.
