Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and understand their data needs.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Collect data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
• Clean, validate, and transform data to make it suitable for analysis.
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis to identify patterns, trends, and outliers within datasets.
• Use statistical tools and methodologies to extract meaningful insights.
• Assist in designing and building analytical models, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to implement solutions.
• Maintain an inventory of operational reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any issues related to reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques related to data analytics.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business partners.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with SQL. Experience with Python and R is a plus.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Report Builder, and Excel pivot tables. Experience with DAX, MDX, and M is a plus.

Work Conditions:

• Ability to travel quarterly.
