- To manage all facets of the firm’s human resources department.
- Responsible for all staffing processes, including but not limited to recruitment, interviews, hiring, orientation, policies and procedures, and payroll.
- Responsible for working closely with the management team toidentify training needs, and create and present training manuals, videos, checklists, and procedures.
- Track and support with performance reviews.
- Support all employees with their benefit options and enrollment process, this includes but is not limited to insurances, vacation, personal and/or sick time, holidays, and 401K.
- Responsible for driving employee recognition programs.
- Labor law posters and policies, as well as FLML / ADA / etc.
- Department of Economic Opportunity liaison
- Responsible for driving our values and company brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or over 5 years of experience in the field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Budget management experience.
