Ligori & Ligori, Attorneys At Law is Hiring a Human Resource Manager (FT) Near Tampa, FL

The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for a strong Human Resources Manager with a bachelor's degree and over five years of experience. The primary job is to drive high-level recruitment processes, create and establish training programs, support our management team with all employee-related opportunities, and drive our cultural values of Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
Benefits:
  • One week of vacation after six months, two weeks after a year, and three weeks after two years of employment. 
  • Six paid personal/sick days per year.

Responsibilities:
  • To manage all facets of the firm’s human resources department.
  • Responsible for all staffing processes, including but not limited to recruitment, interviews, hiring, orientation, policies and procedures, and payroll. 
  • Responsible for working closely with the management team toidentify training needs, and create and present training manuals, videos, checklists, and procedures. 
  • Track and support with performance reviews.
  • Support all employees with their benefit options and enrollment process, this includes but is not limited to insurances, vacation, personal and/or sick time, holidays, and 401K.
  • Responsible for driving employee recognition programs.
  • Labor law posters and policies, as well as FLML / ADA / etc.
  • Department of Economic Opportunity liaison 
  • Responsible for driving our values and company brand. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or over 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-orientated and highly organized.
  • Ability to drive cultural values.
  • Computer and software knowledge.
  • Knowledge of benefits and compensation procedures.
  • Leadership skills and knowledge of competencies. 
  • Ability to lead organizational change. 
  • Team player.
