The HR Generalist, Operations is responsible for providing a wide range of human resources support and services to employees in our medical claims processing and mail room sites as well as our remote team of contact center associates. This role acts as the primary HR point of contact, handling employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and other HR functions. The HR Generalist works collaboratively with operations leaders and employees to ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
