Lighthouse Seafood Market & Cafe is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team full time or part time in Lake Mary, FL. As Head Chef, you will deliver high quality food while offering attentive service to guests, as well as kitchen staff. A positive attitude is crucial for this role.Responsibilities include:-Effective management of staff-Facilitate a stable, orderly, and reliable work environment-Evaluate menu and adjust as needed-Uphold food quality and presentation standards-Ensure kitchen follows proper storage, labeling, food preparation, and safety protocols-Collaborate with waitstaff-Be responsible for kitchen culture and best practices-Build your kitchen team through interviewing, hiring, providing performance improvement, and disciplinary actionExperience is a plus.
