Light of Christ is seeking a full-time (11 months) administrative assistant for St. Mary’s Academy (Middle School) to begin around August 1, 2023. Primary duties include a variety of administrative functions to assure the smooth and efficient operation of the school office for students, parents, staff and public. Serves as the primary focal point for information gathering and dissemination. Requires a high school diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of two years office experience. Must possess excellent verbal/written communication and computer skills; and be able to multi-task, deal with complex problems, develop effective working relationships with a wide variety of people, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
