Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients at the front desk of our Financial Advisory Office.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the office's computerized system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing Client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with office management tasks, such as maintaining client records, managing office supplies and scanning documents.
- Sending out client mailers and birthday cards on monthly basis.
- Running various monthly reports using Microsoft Office software.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area for a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Experience:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and use of computer/technology in general.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat software and Printer systems.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized scheduling systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
