Lifescape Associates Inc is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near Denver, CO

ResponsibilityThis position is responsible for facilitating and owning the recruiting process within Lifescape. 

Work Duties and Tasks:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides support for all divisions in filling open positions by recruiting active and passive talent and maintaining a talent bench for key positions. This position reports directly to the Human Resource and Culture Director.

Recruiting / Talent Management and HR Team Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production, operations, and leadership to understand staffing needs and specific job role responsibilities, duties, and qualifications.
  • Create, update, and post internal and external job postings as needed.
  • Continually seek new avenues to source candidates in the local community and broader region.
  • Coordinate and lead the company’s selection process.
    1. Create and maintain selection tools and templates.
    2. Screen candidates, conduct phone screen interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
    3. Assist hiring managers with candidate evaluations and dispositions.
    4. Work with HR Director to execute offer letters to candidates.
  • Manage candidate applications and job requisitions in ATS. 
  • Manage the Lifescape Intern Program and College Recruitment
  • Work with HR Director in maintaining and improving ATS and online candidate experience.
  • Coach and train new hiring managers on selection process/interview techniques and how to apply them 
  • Work with and manage third party recruiting agencies for unique and hard to fill positions

Human Resources and Culture Liaison: 

  • Facilitate and coordinate new employee onboarding
  • Manage HRIS systems and employee set up. 
  • Conduct 30/60/90 day check-ins with new hires to ensure successful and smooth onboarding.
  • Create and establish meaningful KPIs and recruiting metrics
  • Attend events such as career fairs, networking events, and company events to promote and recruit open positions
  • Work with HR Director to create, maintain, and update recruiting materials
  • Member of the HR and Culture Team supporting department initiatives

Your Experience:

  • Spanish fluency is required
  • Previous experience in high volume recruiting for multiple roles and divisions
  • Proven ability to effectively build teams in a growing company
  • Passion for working with people and developing relationships
  • Ability to plan, organize and meet multiple demands and deadlines simultaneously
  • Composure, professionalism, good humor and a willingness to do what the situation requires
  • Previous experience in Landscaping, Construction, or Landscape Architecture highly preferred
  • 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience

Starting Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year
