We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee various aspects of billing, inventory management, estimating, and reporting functions for our clients.

This role will involve assisting with special projects to ensure timely completion of tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate billing drafts and agency fee drafts, ensuring compliance with client guidelines using multiple billing systems.
• Initiate job openings, prepare estimates, and handle various billing tasks such as write-offs, passthrough charges, transfers, and internal charges.
• Analyze Work in Progress (WIP) reports and resolve any discrepancies.
• Review expense vouchers and vendor invoices for accuracy and appropriateness to support billing activities.
• Maintain up-to-date billing guideline information for assigned clients and offices.
• Ensure regular and reliable attendance, with the ability to work onsite in an office environment as required.
• Undertake miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned by management.

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements :

• Intermediate knowledge of basic accounting principles, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and billing processes.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in accounting or billing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
