Accounts Payable Associate
Temp-to-hire
$19-20 per hour
Responsibilities:
Analyze and process purchase orders for completeness and accuracy
Research discrepancies
Data entry of accounting information such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory
Account reconciliation
Communicate internally and externally to resolve any quantity, pricing or billing issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge and understanding of accounts payable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking skills
Strong computer skills
