Enters payables and posting to correct general ledger account in accounting software for multiple funds throughout the Midwest. Responsible for printing payable checks to multiple offices and using OnBase to manage workload and workflow of payables. Manages creating deposit slips for checks received into the office. This process includes totaling checks for deposit slips, verifying checks are being deposited into correct account, and scanning the checks and deposit slips for the accounting team. Responsible for creating bills for ratification to be disbursed at trustee meetings. Additional duties as necessary.

Education and/or Experience- High School education or G.E.D.

Language Skills- Ability to understand directions and follow them through to end of task.
