LHH is currently assisting a well-known firm in the Portland area source a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their close knit team! The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Oregon state and federal court rules/procedures, electronic court filings, and docketing/calendaring rules. Washington experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- File management and calendaring
- Drafting and editing legal documents State and federal filing
- Scheduling, calendaring (including depositions, court dates, case deadlines, conferences and client meetings)
- Address and handle communication with clients, co-workers, and third parties when needed
- Maintain calendars, assist with time entries, coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reimbursements
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience of civil litigation experience
- State and federal filing experience (OR)
Salary: $55,000-$75,000 DOE
Benefits: Medical, free parking, etc
Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote after training period
