Graphic Designer

SUMMARY: Are you passionate about beauty and health? Do you want to join a small team backed by an iconic beauty company? LG H&H is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their team. This person will contribute to entire cycle of product launch. From product conceptualization to final go-to market campaign. Be a part of brand equity study, brainstorming, creation renderings to honing on an activation style guide and release activation asset packs.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in agency and in-house brand setting with advanced knowledge across digital, print, in-store, and branding. They will need to be a creative problem solver with a strong managerial background in packaging, licensing and calendar management.

This is a full time, on-site role overseeing print, packaging, Retail graphics and Licensing based projects. As well managing an in-house team of graphic designers.

Responsibilities

• Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, photography/image selection and package design.
• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
• Oversee and maintain design file archives/assets.
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated able to work with minimal direction and oversight.
• Resourcefulness in solving problems and encouraging collaborating departments to meet goals and deadlines.
• Avid team player.
• Excellent people skills with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude and has the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with many different personality types.

• Extremely organized.
• Strong project management, time management, multi-tasking, organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools in a mac environment.

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Degree in Graphic Design related field required.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Produce multimedia content such as videos, animations, or interactive media to complement design and content strategies.
• Edit and enhance visual and written content using industry-standard software tools.
• Concept, develop, produce and execute a wide variety of creative content for digital banners (homepages, landing pages, product pages) Emails, Social media channels, Sales/marketing needs
• Optimize content for SEO and engagement, ensuring it meets brand voice and guidelines
• Work cross-functionally with all internal departments in the Americas to ensure all assets are aligned

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and creative departments to execute projects effectively.

• Communicate design and content ideas clearly and effectively while incorporating feedback
• Present designs in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an art, fine arts or design
• 3 years of experience as a designer in agency or in-house brand setting
• Experience in FIGMA is a must
• Background in Keynote, Google Suite, Powerpoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, Animate)

We are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package in addition to salary compensation. The annual salary range for this role is $90k - $110k in addition to bonus potential, a 401(k) match, health benefits, paid time off and more. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the individual's experience and qualifications. Must have a portfolio and resume to apply.
