FabFitFun is searching for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative team! Reporting into our Creative Director, this person will be skilled at creating within established design systems and innovating new creative solutions that support our overarching brand system. Ideal candidates think strategically and creatively while having the ability to effectively manage time and deadlines. 

Location: FabFitFun is based in the Greater Los Angeles area in West Hollywood, CA. This role will be expected to work in a hybrid environment and be onsite 3 days a week. This position is not eligible for remote. 

What You’ll Do:

• Own small to medium projects across all mediums with limited oversight and direction
• Create designs within established design systems and innovate new creative solutions that support an overarching brand system
• Work independently on routine assignments and action on feedback, while staying organized and shifting priorities when necessary
• Collaborate daily with CFTs to translate business needs into digital content that is visually appealing and compelling 
• Pitch and execute innovative ideas to take FFF’s brand presence to the next level
• Serve as a leader on the creative team by training new hires and reviewing jobs for other designers or freelancers and offering feedback when necessary
• Provide stand-in and support for the Creative Director when necessary

What You’ll Bring:

• 4 years of graphic design and art direction experience across both digital and print mediums
• Experience creating effective marketing emails, digital ads, and style guides
• Experienced with basic print production and press checks
• Online portfolio that demonstrates technical graphic design ability and creative thinking
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Organized and effectively manages time and deadlines 
• Understanding of typography, color theory and layout systems
• Thrives in a fast-paced, fluid environment while adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100K. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits.Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
