About the Role

At Coyuchi, we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We’re looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into

a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and

marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include: web pages, emails, digital ads, social media posts, videos, presentations, signage, print ads, packaging, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within the established Coyuchi brand identity.

• Execute concepts and designs with the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.

• Efficiently manage cross-functional design requirements to produce excellent work on time.

• Participate in weekly design reviews, and apply feedback from cross-functional partners while also providing constructive feedback to other members of the creative team.

• Stay current with design trends and software updates to bring innovative ideas to the team.

• Update and maintain internal servers for designs, photography, and video.

What We’re Looking for

• 4 Years of Experience in professional graphic design,preferably with a retail e-commerce brand or creative agency.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communications, or a related discipline.

• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

• Experience in AfterEffects is a plus.

• Excellent understanding of design principles, information architecture, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with keen attention to detail and to produce high-quality work.

• Hands-on team player fostering a positive high-energy work environment, encouraging feedback and innovation.

• Strong creative eye with a sophisticated design sense, emphasizing attention to detail and composition.

• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.
