We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Graphic Designer to work closely with the Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing. The Graphic Designer is a creative problem-solver and responsible for creative solutions from concept through execution. The Graphic Designer delivers and produces work from a variety of projects such as online advertising, social content support, presentation deliverables and internal assets that are brand compliant and adheres to the corporate message. The ideal candidate for this position would be forward-thinking and able to keep the creative department on the forefront of digital innovation; and, should be able to research and implement new technology, as well as maintain a consistent digital production workload oneself.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conceptualize and execute day-to-day graphic design support across various campaigns, events, social media, advertising, branded content, collateral and other design needs reflective of the company’s vision and brand standard
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to help create compelling designs which delivers on business and department priorities
• Contribute to the marketing team by pitching solutions and creative ideas
• Create print-ready documents as needed
• Create and redesign organizational logos
• Update deliverables and make design edits as needed
• Research industry and competitors to identify potential new marketing and technology opportunities and enhancements
• Manage projects from conception to completion
• Perform retouching and editing of images
• Maintain working files accessible on the network
• Performs other tasks and duties as required and assigned

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or other related field
• 1-2 years corporate graphic and web design experience required
• Proficient in the following applications on a MAC platform: Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Lightroom, Dreamweaver. Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere a plus
• Creative understanding of composition, typography, colors, etc.
• Basic understanding of photography and lighting. Videography a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability of C-Suite professionals interaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task heavy work load and prioritize multiple projects and competing demands
• Ability to maintain the brand voice and execute consistent designs
• Detail-oriented with the ability to participate in internal brainstorm sessions and provide design solutions
• Excellent collaboration and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a challenging environment that provides continuous feedback
• Previous experience in a financial services firm or similar highly preferred
