This role reports into the Director of Finance, North America Distribution and will be a key member of the Distribution Finance team. Distribution Finance provides accounting, financial reporting and analytics support for distribution centers across the US and Canada. The successful candidate will apply his or her expertise in reporting, analysis, knowledge of financial systems and business support while fostering partnerships with key finance and business contacts.

Essential functions:

• Supports monthly reporting and analysis, quarterly forecasts, and the annual planning and strategic planning processes.
• Leads/coordinates network wide tasks and projects, performs ad hoc financial modelling and analysis on a range of topics, such as wage rates, productivity, etc.
• Maintains integrity of a Hyperion Essbase cube (a financial system)
• Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous improvement in processes, systems and efficiency within the finance organization and cross-functionally.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Finance experience preferably in distribution and supply chain operations, or in retail, apparel, or consumer packaged goods industries
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office with Hyperion Essbase experience a major plus
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, and making reasonable assumptions
• Financial acuity and ability to deliver concise and accurate reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with employees within and outside of finance organization
• Strong team player and the ability to work collaboratively within finance team and cross-functionally
• Experience working towards deadlines and successfully managing multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Strong business process acumen with continuous improvement mindset
