LEVEL is Hiring a Guest Services Manager Near Seattle, WA

There is an exciting opportunity to join the Level Seattle team as a Guest Services Manager. The Guest Services Manager oversees all front office operations for the hotel and residential desks, while partnering with accounting, sales, and engineering to ensure the highest level of employee and guest satisfaction is achieved.

What Will You Do?

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Serves as direct support for the Front Desk Manager.
  • Provides supervisor support to guest reception.
  • Shows Initiative, provides problem solving, staff training, and team leading.
  • Responsible for consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Monitors and updates guest accounts.
  • Communicates through pre-shift briefs, emails, departmental meetings.
  • Communicates guests or resident facility events and/or repairs.
  • Supervises and handles any guest or resident opportunities or escalations that cannot be settled directly by team members.
  • Reviews arrival, departures and VIPs, including room allocations, amenities and special requests.
  • Integrates and trains new and tenured employees, providing support for skills development.
  • Follows and enforces departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Ensures that the Front of House and Back of House remains clean and organized.
  • Assists FOM with rent collection, and incidental fees.

What You Bring.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two year of college or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Three years of related experience at a Hotel preferred.
  • Able to exchange non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Solid organization and time management abilities preferred
  • Must be self-motivated, creative, and resourceful
  • Previous Yardi Experience or similar platform preferred
