What Will You do?
- Maintain brand standard level of cleanliness throughout suites and property
- Coordinate Daily Housekeeping schedule
- Maintain organization in all Back of House Areas
- Provide quality control on supplies and linen
- Maintain and control housekeeping labor costs
- Keep close communication with operations team
- Ensure all rooms are available and maintenance deficiencies resolved
- Maintain high level of communication with Operations Team
- Monitor all guest request to ensure they are met
- Inventory Lost and Found
- Provide direction for Supervisors, Inspectors, Room Attendants and Public Attendants
What You Will Bring:
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task
- Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Experience in a supervisor or manager position
- Must be available weekends
