Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our technology solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing account management to existing clients, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively market and sell technical products or services
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
