Job Summary:

Join Kind Vine, a dynamic startup, as our new Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. This role involves proactive sales and business development efforts, targeting wine shops, liquor stores, and restaurants to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
• Engage in active outreach, including outbound calls and networking, to cultivate leads and build a robust client portfolio.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the unique values and advantages of our wines.
• Negotiate and close deals, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to sealing the contract.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft and implement effective sales strategies that resonate with our target markets.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, with a preference for experience in the wine, beverage, or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a knack for persuasively promoting products.
• Acute awareness of market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive products.
• Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a robust ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $30,000.00 - $90,714.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
