Lenus is looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to join our SoCal team.

As a SoCal Inbound Sales team member, you'll be working with the world's leading and next-generation coaches to grow their businesses and help people live healthier, happier lives.

We're looking for someone who is driven, persistent, and someone who is not afraid of a challenge. You'll have complete control over how you manage your time and work alongside a team of passionate individuals who are always willing to lend a hand when needed. Our team generally cares for each other and there is good camaraderie - we prioritise your ability to thrive in your role and have great earning potential while meeting ambitious targets.
Responsibilities:

  • Work with the world's leading and next-generation coaches to grow their businesses
  • Close leads on behalf of our coaches to support them in their growth with new clients
  • Help others towards a healthier lifestyle while growing professionally

Qualifications:

We have no educational or diploma requirements. What is most important to us is that you have a natural talent for sales, preferably from telemarketing, phone sales, and/or the fitness or sports industry. In a nutshell what we are looking for:

  • High drive and the will to win
  • Persistence and not being discouraged when you don't make the sale
  • Self-management, excitement and the ability to structure your day
  • Contagious spirit and energy
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, furthermore Spanish language proficiencies are considered a plus
