The Director of Business Systems will be an integral leader as a direct report to the Head of Business Systems and be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative system solutions within Land Management, Land Acquisition, Land Development, Construction, Construction Management, Customer Care, and Warranty departments. You will be responsible for managing system design, implementation, and support across various areas of our business. You will lead teams and drive operational excellence with a strong focus on execution KPIs and Continuous Improvement, enabling the department to succeed and excel in strategic business engagement and technology delivery. As a senior leader and trusted advisor to executive business partners and Technology senior leadership, you will apply experience and influencing skills to secure the highest level of organizational effectiveness and execution.

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Director, Business Systems to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. This is a position which requires the Director, Business Systems frequent walking, standing and climbing of stairs in/around homes, models and properties.
