Position Overview :

Lennar Mortgage's Marketing Department is seeking a Marketing Specialist to provide support to the Marketing Department through a variety of related responsibilities.

The position requires the ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, professional, supportive, and eager to learn.

This is a hybrid role working out of Lennar's corporate office in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities :

o Reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with all members of the Marketing Department

o Responsible for planning and executing various ongoing marketing initiatives to support the Company

o Work closely with Graphic Designer(s) to craft a variety of content types - email campaigns, newsletters, sales collateral, and more

o Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

o Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)

o Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

o Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques / tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions

o Assist with regulatory audits as directed by compliance / legal department

Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements :

o 3-5 years of marketing experience in a corporate environment

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications

Technical Requirements :

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (Trello, Stripo, CRM tools, Sprinklr, etc.)
• Experience with Adobe Suite preferred
• Strong organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail
