LENET is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Account Manager
Join our team as a Inside Sales Account Manager!
In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. And proactively engage clients to improve productivity and mitigate risks, ensuring that infrastructure management aligns with best practices and involving other team members when necessary. The goal is to guide clients, make IT easy, and communicate the value of solutions for productivity and growth of the company.
Lenet offers a wide range of technology services including network support, cybersecurity, user support and cloud management. We are a fast growing IT company and are looking for a Account Manager to support our Business team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Establish clear expectations with clients and team members
- Adhere to and understand defined processes
- Maintain a commitment to business quality and client service
- Resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Liaise between departments and vendors for client support
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and other client-facing deliverables
- Attend community and networking events for partnerships and referrals
- Attend sales meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Participate in community events and association engagements
Profile
Education: BA
Salary: $ 40,000 - $70,000
Years of experience: 3 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager or a similar role
Location: Remote
Qualifications:
- Proficient in French Speaking Language is a plus
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and respond promptly to inquiries
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Dedicated team player
- Basic understanding of hardware and network systems
- Accurate use of CRM tool for organizational communication
- Familiar with ConnectWise Manage or ConnectWise Sell is a plus
