The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients to increase sales revenue.
  • Account Planning: Develop account plans and strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client engagement activities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in sales or account management roles, preferably in the legal industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
