Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, technology sales, and a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a technology-driven industry
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
