Responsibilities:

  • Identifies potential business partners and opportunities to develop new contacts.
  • Generates new leads for the Account Managers
  • Understands the competitive landscape and assists the Account Management team with insights to develop bids.
  • Collaborates with Marketing to develop and update collateral and online marketing efforts.
  • At the direction of the leadership team, assist with the development of new market initiatives for business opportunities.
  • Develop solutions for a business development framework and work with the CSO to implement a structure that will partner with Marketing and Account Managers
  • This position will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer

Key Qualifications

  • Have 7 years of demonstrated success in a Business Development role.
  • Experience managing customer leads by leveraging company CRM.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills.
  • High energy, self-starter, and goal oriented. Eager to meet and exceed goals and targets.
  • Comfortable making group presentations to customers.
  • Valid Driver's License
