LEDtronics is a family business that was founded in 1983. We are looking to hire an assistant sales manager to help with our growing sales team and scale our growth upward. Our company is a founder as well as a leader in the manufacturing and selling of miniature LED lamps and indicators for industrial and commercial customers. We sell to customers in industries such as industrial controls, defense and aerospace, power plants and utilities, transportation, and railroad. Our growth potential is ENORMOUS!

· Has a base salary of $40,000 but earning potential can reach $100,000 with commissions.

Job Requirements & Expectations
JOB OVERVIEW: In this role, Sales Manager will be responsible for handling and overseeing the daily activities of our Inside Sales Representatives. They will also be responsible for following our “keys to success” in a professional manner. As a co worker with the Senior Sales Manager, they will be coordinating all activities to ensure that all hiring, training, and sales processes are followed. They should have excellent past experience in sales and customer service in order to make good decisions and to communicate efficiently with both customers and sales team members. They should also have good organizational and planning skills.
SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Must have at least 2 years of experience with a sales team of 10 or more
· Must be proficient in sales techniques and how to engage customers
· Must understand and model closing techniques in the sales process
· Must have a good working understanding of Microsoft Office products
· Must understand and have experience in auditing and coaching sales associates
· Must be comfortable with technology, such as, working in a computer environment, and using a CRM
· Must possess good oral and written communication skills
