JOB SUMMARY :

We're a disruptive Fintech in a high-growth industry, 4 years old, profitable, and set up for continued growth. The two cofounders have started numerous companies before, raised capital, and worked at varying levels of corporate America.

Our customers are retail stores that require high-touch point, white-glove service. The company is expanding very quickly, and we are looking to add a highly qualifiedcustomer service representative, preferably with a strong technical background or previous experience in tech.

The schedule for this position will be afternoon / evening weekends and afternoon / evenings for 2-3 days during the week.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Respond to customers and clients via email, text and call throughout your shift
• Make outbound calls, texts or emails to customers who’ve submitted inquiries
• Document and log all calls made and received
• Become an expert user of our technology platform and be able to provide technical support to our clients and customers
• Escalate technical issues to supervisor and development team with detailed information
• Perform various organizational tasks as needed. Tasks may include : reorganizing files and folders, organizing customers in a CRM platform, and tracking the status of customer applications and consumer transactions.
• Work cross functionally with different internal departments
• Manage multiple tasks

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :

• 2-year Associates degree or higher preferred
• 2-5 years of experience required for this position
• High Volume call center experience preferred
• Fast learner with the ability to reprioritize when needed
• Team player who can effectively work well in groups and independently.
• Experience in tech or a tech background is preferred
• Ability to deescalate issues in a professional manner
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be able to work 2nd shift nights, weekend, and holidays
