Leddy Group is Hiring a Human Resource Coordinator Near Amesbury, MA

Human Resources Coordinator Our growing manufacturing client needs a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, interim basis. You’ll answer HR-related inquiries, coordinate events, and provide administrative support to the team. If you’re a clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-detail HR role, then this could be the perfect fit!Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator

  • Collect and distribute mail
  • Process employee reimbursements (education assistance, uniform purchases, etc.)
  • Manage employee files
  • Act as first point of contact for payroll and status changes
  • Process employee data changes in Workday and ADP
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Keep department records up-to-date and well-organized
  • Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and events, and maintain the team’s agenda
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Assist with participating and rolling out HR projects, initiatives, and programs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Human Resources Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with ADP and Workday a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and extreme attention to detail required
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
