Human Resources Coordinator Our growing manufacturing client needs a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, interim basis. You’ll answer HR-related inquiries, coordinate events, and provide administrative support to the team. If you’re a clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-detail HR role, then this could be the perfect fit!Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator
- Collect and distribute mail
- Process employee reimbursements (education assistance, uniform purchases, etc.)
- Manage employee files
- Act as first point of contact for payroll and status changes
- Process employee data changes in Workday and ADP
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
- Keep department records up-to-date and well-organized
- Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and events, and maintain the team’s agenda
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Assist with participating and rolling out HR projects, initiatives, and programs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Human Resources Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with ADP and Workday a plus
- Excellent communication skills and extreme attention to detail required
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
