Leader of the Pack Canine Institute, the Lehigh Valleys premiere full service canine center is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. Our growth and expansion has created a career opportunity for the right person. The Customer Service Representative is an integral member of our team. Leader of the Pack takes great pride in providing our clients with a fun and safe environment for their dogs. The successful candidate must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends and holidays as necessary. Candidates for this position will require the following skills:

• Work in a fast paced, physically active environment

Preferred candidates for this position will be evaluated on the basis of the following qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent
• Customer service experience including complaint resolution and follow up
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn and utilize client management software
• Phone etiquettte while handling large volume of incoming calls
• Experience working with animals, canine experience a plus
• Ability to multi task while maintaining accuracy of information
• Sales skills and ability to engage clients during the sales process
