Latitude is Hiring a Sales & Solutions Engineer (Hybrid) Near Austin, TX
This role is a hybrid position (3 days on-site in Austin TX, 2 days remote weekly). All viable candidates are preferred to have work experience from a SaaS, software, or technical product company
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Work with potential customers/clients and help them understand how our code approach fits within their software development cycle
- Drive aspects of pre-sales business activities
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Work with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure client satisfaction and form strong relationships
- 5 years experience in software development or DevOps engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced/comfortable with client facing duties
- Bilingual (English & Spanish is a major plus but not a requirement)
