Latitude is Hiring a Remote Primarily Remote Senior Payroll Specialist
This role is primarily remote (3 days remote and 2 days on-site in Washington DC). The salary is $60-80k/yr and potential bonuses
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Perform payroll duties from beginning to end
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately, timely and in compliance with both Federal and Company policies
- Prepare reports for management
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquires
- Produce and validate journal entries
- Stay current on all State and Federal Payroll Regulation changes and ensure compliance with these changes
- 7 years payroll experience
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Experience with UKG or UKG Ready software is highly preferred but not mandatory
