Job Description: Accounting Manager (Healthcare)

As an Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the organization. You will oversee accounting activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the financial health and strategic decision-making of the company. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.

3. Accounting Operations:

   • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
   • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
   • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

4. Audit and Compliance:

   • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and regulatory compliance.
   • Prepare audit schedules and support documentation as required.
   • Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as necessary.

5. Financial Analysis:

   • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
   • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
