Position Summary:

As the Manager of Accounting & Financial Systems, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our financial systems, with a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics GP and Management Reporter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and system administration. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our financial processes and systems. This position is fully onsite for the first three months and then goes hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Microsoft Dynamics GP Administration:

   • Manage the day-to-day operations of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
   • Perform system configurations, setups, and user access management.
   • Collaborate with IT to ensure system availability, performance, and data integrity.

2. Management Reporter Oversight:

   • Oversee the design and maintenance of financial reports using Management Reporter.
   • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
   • Provide training and support to finance team members on report generation.

3. Financial Process Optimization:

   • Work closely with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement.
   • Streamline financial workflows and ensure best practices are followed.
   • Implement and maintain controls to safeguard financial data and compliance.

4. System Integration and Upgrades:

   • Lead the integration of financial systems with other business applications.
   • Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements.

5. Team Leadership:

   • Manage a team of financial systems professionals, providing guidance and support.
   • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
   • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
