New Job Opportunity - Accountant:
New and exciting job opportunity with our client based out of Baltimore, MD. Looking to hire an accounting professional with a minimum of 2 year of related work experience (Full Cycle Accounting)
Experience with Yardi Software is highly preferred
Logistics of the Role:
- Full Time - Direct Hire
- Hybrid - 2 days a week on site
- Compensation is dependent on experience ( Ranging from 70k-90k)
Day to Day Activities:
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
- Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations
- Assisting with the month end close processes
- Maintaining documentation for accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury functions
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits
Qualifications:
- Yardi Software experience is highly preferred
- Bachelors Degree is preferred (Accounting, Finance, or Related)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience
- Communications and Organizational Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
