• Fully onsite initially and then hybrid eventually.
• Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience
• Experience with Yardi would be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Assist with month-end close activities (posting journal entries, reconciliations)
• Assist with Financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
• Provide support during the annual audit process.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years accounting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
• Yardi experience is highly preferred
• Large ERP software experience
• Excel Proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
