Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Representative. As a representative, you will play a key role in Guest retention and appointment calls. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments

- Provide service support by answering customer inquiries and addressing their needs

- Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and promotions

- Collaborate with the service team to develop effective strategies for proper scheduling

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

- Market our products and services to potential customers through various channels

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role

- Strong calling skills with the ability to engage customers and de escalate situations

- Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and discounts

- Familiarity with automotive is a plus

- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: $34,836.00 - $38,475.00 per year
