Real estate investor with properties located in NYC.

Is looking for a Property/Office Manager. MUST have proven experience of at least 5 years in real estate, specifically in building apartment management in NYC, proven knowledge of Quickbooks, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Only experienced candidates please.

3-4 days a week In-Office part/full-time position. Office located on 48th and Park Ave. Workdays to be discussed, starting immediately. In-Person position ONLY.

Job skills include:

- Preparing leases and board application
- Efficient contact with tenants, building supervisors, and apartment management
- Listing and renting properties for sale and rent
- Must be familiar with rent collection via ACH
- Preparing accounting reports
- Dealing with vendors and tenants
- Communication skills with financial institutions and property managers
- Work directly with property owner
- Multitasking

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
